James helped my family find and purchase our first apartment in the city. He was really attentive in listening to what we were looking for, and he really knew the neighborhood well (he had the inside scoop on a lot of the buildings and was on a first name basis with a bunch of the doormen). Once we found a place, James did a fantastic job handling the negotiation against a rather capricious seller. And once we had a deal he was super helpful walking us through the process of purchasing in NYC - we'd purchased in other cities previously, but NYC is a whole different animal. Really can't say enough good things about him.
